Elies olive press is a 3rd generation family business that has been active in the production of olive oil since 1976.

We are located in the Elies location of Orini Zakynthos, near the famous beach of Navagio. Our area, Elies, took its name from the hundreds of ancient olive trees aged between 1,000 and 3,000 years that adorn the surrounding area of our olive mill, in a Nature of rare beauty.

Elies Premium is a 100% extra virgin olive oil of the koroneiko variety which is collected and produced by small producers, our local residents, with respect for them and with an excess of love for the natural wealth of our place.

Its rich aroma and unique taste are due to the ideal geographical location of our region, the rocky terrain, the sea that is all around and finally the temperate climate of our place with the ideal conditions of temperature and humidity.

These are also the basic conditions that keep the hundreds of ancient olive trees alive.

These trees and the toil of our fellow villagers inspire us to continue producing top-quality olive oil with respect for Mother Earth.
As the 3rd generation of owners, we opened the olive mill to visitors during the summer season, turning it into an interactive museum that connects the local tradition with the modern era.

Our visitors have the opportunity to take a tour of the olive mill facilities, learn how the olive fruit is harvested and how the olive oil is produced, and also enjoy a journey of tasting and quality in the unique world of Elies Premium olive oil.

Sehr freundliches Personal,  besser gesagt es handelt sich hier um ein Familien Unternehmen.  Es wird Mithilfe von einem Video  die Herstellung des Ölivenöl's erklärt. Es ist sehr faszinierend den erklärendenden Redner zu zu hören.  Es wird mit Leidenschaft und aus vollem Herzen alles erklärt, von der Pflege der Ölivenbäume bis hin zur Herstellung inkl. Abfüllung.

Während des Vortrages kann man alle Ölivenöle auf Bioqualität ausprobieren.  Ein selbstgebackenrs Brot wird dazu gereicht.
